XPS Foam Insulation
Extruded Polystyrene Foam (XPS)
We are considered one of the major distributors for XPS foam insulation in both Saudi Arabia & Egypt. XPS foam is a non-structural rigid insulation board with smooth surface finish, engineered to provide high thermal performance and long-term durability.
- Low Water Absorption: Water absorption range (1.5% – 1.75%) according to international specifications.
- Low Thermal Conductivity: Thermal conductivity ranges between (0.32 – 0.35) ensuring better energy efficiency.
- Exterior & Interior Applications: Can be used on walls as a continuous insulation barrier increasing R-value up to 20%.
- Roof Insulation: Ideal for protecting buildings from extreme heat, especially during summer seasons.
- Unaffected by Humidity: Product performance remains stable long term with water and moisture resistance.
Dimensions (mm): 1250 mm (Length) x 600 mm (Width)
Thickness Options: 20 – 30 – 40 – 50 – 70 – 100 mm
Density Range: Wall Mate (28–30 kg/m³) & Roof Mate (32–36 kg/m³)

At AL-RAADA, we combine technical precision with innovation to deliver EPS foam solutions that support sustainable construction and infrastructure development across the region.
Rock Wool Insulation
Mineral Wool (Stone Wool)
AL-RAADA Rock Wool, also known as mineral wool or stone wool, is a natural inorganic insulation material formed by melting basalt rocks into collected fibers. It comes in various colors such as white and yellow, and is manufactured through multiple stages to support environmental sustainability and the national economy.
Thermal Efficiency
Low thermal conductivity and excellent heat preservation ability. Helps maintain indoor temperature and reduce energy bills.
Fire Resistance
Withstands temperatures up to 1000°C. Ideal for fireproofing walls, ceilings, and industrial zones.
Sound Insulation
Excellent sound absorption and noise reduction. Perfect for residential, commercial, and studio applications.
Waterproof & Durable
Moisture-resistant, pressure-resistant, and long-lasting. Doesn’t peel off and maintains structure over time.
Rock Wool Uses & Characteristics
Rock wool provides high performance thermal insulation, fire resistance, and long-term durability — making it suitable for a wide range of construction and industrial applications
Low thermal conductivity coefficient and good heat preservation ability
Outstanding energy saving effect
Excellent fire resistance ability up to 1000°C
Excellent sound absorption and sound insulation ability
Waterproof and moisture resistant
Resists pressure, doesn’t peel off, and has excellent durability
Glass Wool
-Al-RAADA Glass wool is a material produced by melting glass with sand, lime, soda, etc., then converting it into fibers with a diameter not exceeding 10 microns using a centrifugal method. Semi-rigid panels are formed by adding binders to the glass wool fibers. These panels may contain protective coatings (Such as reflective aluminum foil, polyethylene foil, or flame-resistant cardboard. Glass wool is available in several forms used for thermal insulation, such as: loose fibers, sutured mats, felt, and rigid boards.
